- Technical fluency - Comfortable with editorial workflows, colour pipelines, audio finishing, and digital delivery specs (YouTube, Meta, programmatic).
- Budget ownership - Track record of managing post budgets from estimate to final reconciliation.
- Communication - Confident, clear communicator who can manage stakeholders across creative, account, and client teams simultaneously.
