A critical business segment in that journey is Personal Loans. We are seeking a seasoned Finance leader to serve as the CFO for our Personal Loans business. The ideal candidate will think strategically and have superior analytical skills, the ability to build collaborative partnerships across a broad set of stakeholders and exceptional problem-solving abilities in undefined and complex situations. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or other quantitative discipline, or military experience
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, Strategy Consulting, or a combination
- At least 6 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
- At least 5 years of people management experience
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in Finance
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- 10+ years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
- 10+ years of people management experience including both direct & indirect reports

- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
- This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
