- Hands-on with Git, pull-request workflows, trunk-based development
- Excellent written & verbal English; able to draft design docs and exec update
- Ability to understand and work with existing code

Position Overview In this position, you will lead a cross-functional squad (~10 engineers, QA, UX, and business analysts) responsible for the Project & Construction module of the Acumatica Cloud ERP. You will own delivery of roadmap features end-to-end (from discovery to customer adoption), while growing talent, improving flow efficiency, and ensuring world-class product quality and reliability. Reporting & Growth This role reports to the Senior Director of Development and offers a growth path to Senior Engineering Manager or Director.
