Lead aviation and logistics transformations within US Air Force environments where operations and digital systems must align to support mission readiness. At ILIAS Federal Solutions Inc , part of the ILIAS Group , you act as a Subject Matter Expert guiding defense organizations through the transition to the ILIAS software suite. You connect operations with digital systems and ensure that processes, systems and users align in practice. You guide organizations in aligning operations with systems and ensure successful implementation. - Provide strategic consulting on military aviation logistics and operations - Lead transition planning, system implementation and user adoption of ILIAS software - Translate operational requirements into structured and practical solutions - Deliver training, workshops and knowledge transfer - Support stakeholders in applying new processes and systems - Identify opportunities to improve capability, compliance and performance Support Core Defense Capabilities - Fleet Management through operational alignment - Expeditionary Operations through structured logistics processes - Total Asset Visibility through system adoption - MRO and Sustainment through process integration What You Bring - Extensive experience in military aviation and logistics operations - Proven experience as consultant or subject matter expert in complex environments - Strong understanding of logistics or ERP systems in aviation or defense environments - Experience working with US defense or government programs (e.g. DoD or Air Force) - Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in complex environments - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to operate independently in high responsibility roles - Structured and analytical way of working Systems Thinking and Analytical Strength You understand how operations, systems and processes connect. You anticipate dependencies and translate complexity into practical solutions that support execution.
