JOB SUMMARY: Under general direction, the National Business Development Manager responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategies for new revenue generation in the assigned industry. Calls on prospect customers at all levels of the client organization (C-level, Procurement, Field Service, etc.), assesses customer needs, develops proposals (including customized and complex technical bids), establishes new customers as national accounts, and provides technical support post sale. Achieves financial targets. Accountable for leading cross-functional teams with a thorough technical and commercial knowledge of all phases of the sales cycle. Provides guidance to personnel with less knowledge in solving complex problems.
