About the role

Lead the negotiation, coordination, and implementation of mall advertising placements, and oversee other paid media projects. 20% Vendor & Partner Ecosystem Management Manage media, creative, mall ads, and other vendors/partners, responsible for their screening, benchmarking, negotiation, relationship maintenance, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with the sales channel to maintain cooperative relationships with malls housing DTC and WSL stores. 25% Internal Collaboration & Creative Asset Oversight Collaborate with internal channel teams to secure premium media resources and favorable commercial terms, achieving cost optimization and balancing business objectives. Oversee the visual direction of paid advertising creative assets, coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality materials, ensuring brand tone and aesthetic consistency. 15% Data Analysis, Project Management & Optimization Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, regularly produce post-campaign reports, and drive strategy and execution optimization based on data insights. Drive the efficient delivery of cross-departmental projects involving content, design, sales, agencies, etc. Complete other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
