About the role

You will serve as a RANGE SAFETY OFFICER in the RANGE MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT DIVISION of OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-12952903-26-ARB. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Firm application of the Risk Management process; Familiar with the types of Special Use Airspace; the processing and approving of range requests via the Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS); and provide oversight of approved daily range activities.
