Your role Required Own day-to-day web analytics operations -ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Act as the primary Adobe Analytics expert for Communications, covering implementation oversight, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement. Use SEMrush primarily to enrich web analysis with external context, supporting argumentation, benchmarking, and competitor analysis . Liaise closely with CM stakeholders including but not limited to the website and other digital channels teams across regions and functions , acting as a trusted analytics partner for their digital and content-related questions. Translate complex web and SEO data into clear, actionable insights for communications, content, UX, and leadership audiences. Answer ad-hoc business questions with data , providing fast, pragmatic analyses while ensuring methodological consistency. Enable stakeholders to self-serve insights by guiding them in the use of existing dashboards, templates, and standardized reports. Design, maintain, and evolve standard web performance dashboards and recurring reports aligned with Communications KPIs. Support analysis of user journeys, content performance, engagement, conversions, and traffic quality across regions and audiences. Partner with web, SEO, UX, content, and technical teams to define measurement requirements and success metrics. Support campaign measurement and landing page analysis in collaboration with internal teams and agencies. Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and scalable self-service analytics to improve efficiency and adoption. Apply strong data storytelling skills to help non-analytical audiences understand performance drivers and optimization levers. Ensure analytics practices align with data governance, consent management, privacy, and compliance requirements in a corporate environment. Strong hands-on experience in web analytics (minimum ~4-6 years) , ideally in enterprise or large-scale corporate environments. Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics , including report suites, events, eVars, props, segments, calculated metrics, and Analysis Workspace. Solid understanding of Adobe Analytics implementation concepts (tagging logic, data layer, consent impacts), with the ability to work effectively with technical teams. Practical experience with SEMrush (or comparable SEO platforms) for keyword, traffic, and content performance analysis. Experience analyzing websites, content hubs, and digital storytelling platforms , preferably in B2B or corporate communications contexts. Strong analytical skills with the ability to link data to communications objectives and stakeholder questions . Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, templates, and standardized reports for different stakeholder maturity levels. Confidence in working with stakeholders to both answer ad-hoc questions and build long-term analytics capability through self-service. High level of autonomy, reliability, and stakeholder management capability in an embedded, hybrid setup. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain insights clearly, pragmatically, and without jargon. Preferred Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for web data visualization. Exposure to consent management, GDPR-compliant tracking, and enterprise data governance environments. Experience working within complex, global, matrix organizations. Familiarity with AI-assisted analysis or advanced analytics use cases.
