The Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily NPI operations to ensure NPI targets are met in terms of build plan, product quality, productivity, and cost. This role oversees manufacturing performance indicators, manpower coordination, logistics execution, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and system requirements. The incumbent plays a key role in driving operational excellence, sustaining factory performance, and leading improvement projects to achieve business objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure production execution for NPI meets the build plan, quality standards, and delivery commitments. Monitor, analyze, and improve manufacturing performance indicators, inactive lots, productivity, incidental losses, logistics performance, 6S, and cost. Coordinate logistics activities to support NPI production yield and ensure execution follows the approved plan. Manage and control NPI build schedules to meet allocated timelines and output targets. Sustain production housekeeping, 6S practices, and support special operational tasks as required. Monitor and manage inactive lot indicators to minimize work-in-progress and delays. Coach, supervise, and optimize headcount utilization; balance shift manpower to meet production needs. Lead and manage continuous improvement and manufacturing projects from planning through execution and closure. Track project progress, prepare reports, and present results to management. Ensure compliance with system and customer requirements, including IMS, 8D problem-solving, and RBA standards. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and quality. Fresh graduates are encouraged too. PREFERRED: Expertise in production planning, supply chain management, and cost control Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics and implementing data-driven improvements Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control systems Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions
