- Monitor CRM hygiene, lead allocation, task completion, and follow-up compliance.
- Improve lead conversion through operational excellence.
- Track response time and identify bottlenecks.
- Operations & Delivery
- Oversee day-to-day delivery operations across projects and departments.
- Ensure commitments made to clients are delivered on time.
- Coordinate between Sales, Delivery, Customer Success, and Management.
- Maintain SOPs and continuously improve operational processes.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor operations executives.
- Conduct daily review meetings and weekly performance reviews.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Train team members on processes and operational best practices.
- Revenue & Performance Management
- Work closely with management to achieve business and revenue goals.
- Monitor team productivity and operational KPIs.
- Track client satisfaction, retention, and project profitability.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance
