Customer Service Attendant

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with energy and a positive attitude, creating a memorable visit every time
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and spotlessly clean environment throughout your shift
• Promote memberships and services, contributing to team sales goals
• Support teammates and lead by example - great culture starts with great people
• Work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions

Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience preferred (not required - we'll train you!)
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Reliable transportation and availability on weekends and holidays
• Ability to work on your feet outdoors for prolonged periods
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Car wash experience is a plus, but not required. If you're upbeat and dependable, we want to hear from you.

• Pay
• Up to $16.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Site-wide Bonus opportunities
• $1,000 sign-on bonus - paid after 6 months of continuous employment without documented attendance issues.
