We're looking for an experienced UX Designer to join Amazon's Last Mile delivery organization, where we design the experiences that get millions of packages into customers' hands every single day. Amazon has built one of the most ambitious logistics networks on the planet, and you'll be at the center of it, shaping the tools and interfaces that keep that promise of fast, reliable delivery running smoothly. You'll design experiences in support of our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), the independent business owners and their drivers who represent Amazon in communities across the globe. Your work will power operational excellence at massive scale, helping delivery partners monitor health, identify risks early, and take action when things go wrong, so customers around the world get what they ordered, when they expect it. action when things go wrong. Key job responsibilities - Design end-to-end experiences for performance dashboards, scorecards, and business health tools used by DSP owners and Amazon operations teams - Create intuitive interfaces for incident management workflows, helping users identify, triage, and resolve operational issues quickly - Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data (user research, analytics, operational metrics) to inform design decisions - Partner closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Business Intelligence teams to deliver solutions that balance user needs with technical constraints - Write clear design specifications for engineering, documenting interaction patterns, states, and edge cases - Work within and contribute to existing design patterns and component libraries (Meridian design system) - Present and critique work in team and cross-team design reviews - Collaborate with UX Researchers to plan and conduct usability studies, translating findings into actionable design improvements - Improve design processes, templates, or documentation that help the team move faster
