Region Dispatch Supervisor

About the role

You will serve as a REGION DISPATCH SUPERVISOR in the Commander, Navy Region Korea of COMMANDER NAVY REGION KOREA. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-08 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing dispatch training plans that address all police, fire and medical emergency services; developing and coordinating training schedules; and executing all aspects of the training program to include delivering classroom and on-the-job training. 2) Plans, directs, coordinates, schedules, trains and evaluates the work of assigned subordinate staff. 3) Maintains a balanced workload, ensuring that leave is distributed appropriately between all subordinates. 4) Sets and adjust short term priorities. 5) Contributes, tracks, reviews, and records a training system to ensure standardized, effective and efficient operations, National Certification standards and other training requirements with all Emergency Medical Dispatchers. 6) Working with local emergency management services.
