- Experience coordinating drivers, fleet operations, and customer requirements
- Good problem-solving capability and ability to make operational decisions
- Strong computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems
- Sound understanding of how operational decisions impact cost and service outcomes
- Positive attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service
- Additional Requirements
- Starting Time: Between 7 AM - 9 AM
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during operational requirements
- Ability to participate in after-hours emergency support when required
- Willingness to undertake additional training and development

Team Global Express is seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Controller (AM) to join our Intermodal team based at Altona North. This is a key operational role responsible for coordinating daily pickup and delivery activities, linehaul planning, rail and road movements, and ensuring customer and operational performance targets are achieved.
