- Imports & Exports
- Own all import and export activity - documentation, compliance, freight and delivery
- Ensure shipments meet UK, EU and international trade and food safety regulations

About You You're someone who takes ownership and makes things happen: Proven experience in logistics, import/export or supply chain (FMCG or food manufacturing is a big plus) Strong knowledge of international trade, customs compliance and Incoterms Experience managing freight forwarders, 3PLs and logistics partners Comfortable working with ERP/WMS systems and data (Excel skills essential) A natural problem-solver with strong organisational and negotiation skills Confident communicating and influencing across teams and stakeholders A continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma experience is a bonus)
