Enterprise Architect

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, systems engineering, or enterprise technology strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to produce well-structured architecture artifacts and diagrams suitable for executive, technical, and governance audiences.
• Experience analyzing interdependencies across business processes, data assets, analytical models, and technology platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to align process designs with architecture constraints.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, FEAF) and their practical application.
• Experience assessing technical debt, system interdependencies, architectural risk, and modernization readiness.
• Experience supporting or informing technology modernization, cloud migration, or platform rationalization initiatives.
• Strong written and oral skills.
• Experience utilizing agile methods and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Trello).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic thinking and long-term technology planning.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• US Citizenship required.

Position Summary: Element Solutions is looking for a motivated and highly experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to support a government contract working hybrid, with additional on-site presence as required by the client. The Senior Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the overall structure and evolution of the organization's IT systems, applications, and processes to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. This role establishes enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps that guide technology investments and ensure integration across platforms and systems. The Senior Enterprise Architect evaluates current architecture, identifies gaps and risks, and recommends solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the technology landscape.
