Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for non-managerial positions, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, liaising with recruitment agencies, screening and shortlisting candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate selection.
  • Provide corporate HR support and act as an HR business partner to local business units.
  • Provide HR advisory and operational support to business leaders and employees on a broad range of HR matters.

  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and statutory regulations.
  • Support the Manager in coordinating with the company's sustainability function.
  • Provide regional HR support to subsidiaries, including full-spectrum HR business partnering support to the subsidiary.
  • Support HR operations for the subsidiary in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
  • Handle payroll administration, leave management, and taxation matters for both local employees and expatriates at the subsidiary.
  • Coordinate with auditors on payroll audit matters for the subsidiary.
  • Support the subsidiary's annual salary review and promotion exercises.
  • Assist the Manager in reviewing and enhancing employee compensation and benefits programs for the subsidiary.
  • Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, including exposure to regional payroll administration and compensation & benefits.
