Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for non-managerial positions, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, liaising with recruitment agencies, screening and shortlisting candidates, arranging and conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate selection.

- Support the Manager in coordinating with the company's sustainability function.
- Provide regional HR support to subsidiaries, including full-spectrum HR business partnering support to the subsidiary.
- Support HR operations for the subsidiary in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
- Handle payroll administration, leave management, and taxation matters for both local employees and expatriates at the subsidiary.
- Coordinate with auditors on payroll audit matters for the subsidiary.
- Support the subsidiary's annual salary review and promotion exercises.
- Assist the Manager in reviewing and enhancing employee compensation and benefits programs for the subsidiary.
- Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, including exposure to regional payroll administration and compensation & benefits.
