This role is a front-line execution, client-facing, and commercially driven position operating across a 13-hour global trading window. You will be trained to operate at the intersection of: execution precision client engagement market structure understanding risk awareness commercial development Core Responsibilities: 1. Execution (Primary Function) Execute client orders across listed Futures & Options (CME / ICE) Manage spreads, flies, condors, and multi-leg structures with precision Maintain real-time accuracy under fast market conditions Monitor order lifecycle: entry, fills, amendments, cancellations Ensure all trades comply with exchange and internal protocols 2. Client Coverage & Engagement Act as first point of contact for active trading clients Provide market colour, liquidity insight, and execution feedback Build relationships through consistency, speed, and reliability Develop understanding of client trading styles and objectives 3. Market Awareness& Strategy Support Track intra-day price structure, spreads, and flow dynamics Support senior brokers and traders with pricing logic, relative value observations and flow interpretation Contribute to internal discussions around structure opportunities, liquidity pockets and market inefficiencies 4. Operations &Control Maintain audit trail integrity and trade accuracy Perform daily reconciliation and error checks Work closely with clearing, compliance, and back office Ensure all activity aligns with: US regulatory expectations (CFTC / NFA) and Singapore regulatory framework (MAS) 5. Business Development Support onboarding of new clients Identify opportunities within existing relationships Progress toward direct revenue generation responsibility over time Core Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business or similar disciplines At least 1+ years of experience within financial firm (client facing roles with experience working with brokerage clients is required) Prior exposure to trading, brokering or market making environment is required Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required Any prior experience with Commodities market (Futures / Options market) is preferred Ability to operate in high-pressure, real-time environments High attention to detail with zero tolerance for execution error Strong communication skills (clear, concise, direct) Commercial mindset - understands revenue, not just process BGC and our affiliates are a fair employer and have adopted the Tripartite Standard.
