Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Field Application Technician to be part of their Field Service Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible. Duties of Field Application Technician: Deliver technical assistance to contractors and clients through phone support and various communication platforms, resolving product or system-related enquiries effectively. Perform on-site inspections and measurements to evaluate and enhance system efficiency and performance. Liaise closely with customers and cross-functional teams to provide site assistance and resolve technical issues when necessary. Prepare and maintain service reports, technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources. Support additional tasks and projects assigned by management, while adapting to operational requirements. Uphold workplace safety standards by actively participating in risk assessment, hazard identification, and safety improvement initiatives.
