Liquid Personnel is seeking an Adult Social Worker to join its client's Safeguarding team based in North Lincolnshire. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will, Conduct a statutory range of assessments, reviews, and reassessments using recognised social work methods, theories, and models to identify actions that promote change, development, and improved life opportunities. Work within all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to assess and meet the needs of adults and their support networks, offering appropriate support through personal budgets where applicable. Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and clear records in line with applicable legislation, protocols, and guidelines. Arrange and chair planning meetings, client reviews, and other ad hoc meetings as required.
