Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability
- Mechanical and electrical/electronic proficiency
- Basic soldering skills (bonus)
- Ability to travel frequently and occasionally on short notice
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time
- Good organizational and prioritization skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel to customers' locations
- At least two years of hands‑on technical work experience
- Knowledge of principles, procedures, methods, and techniques in metrology gained through education or professional experience
- Knowledge and experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher in a technical field

Join a hands‑on technical role supporting precision instruments used in the rubber and plastics industry. As a Field Calibration Technician, you'll service, calibrate, and repair a variety of lab and production equipment while working closely with customers and a supportive technical team. Location: On-site at our office in Fletcher, NC and surrounding areas at various customer sites.
