About the role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Prepare design, documentation and specification in accordance with building codes, authority guidelines, project and client requirements - Implement digital design delivery using BIM tool and process - Able to think strategically and good leadership skills - Able to carry out from design conceptualization to completion within the deadline - Liaise with clients and other project stake holders on project matters - Facilitate in contract management and administration - Coordinate in project management to ensure smooth progress and timely completion project JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE) - A recognized Degree in Architecture - Preferably 1-5 years of relevant architectural experience in Singapore - Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices - Flair in design; able to sketch fast using digital tools and produce good design concepts - At least 1-year BIM project implementation experience with in-depth knowledge of Revit Architecture - Knowledge of computer 3D and presentation programmers is preferred; - other BIM related software, plug-in, add-on, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) or visual programming would be an advantage - Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply
