Headquartered in sunny Barcelona, we're now a team of 380+ people representing over 60 nationalities, united by a passion for transforming the future of short-term rentals. ⭐ Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to work closely with our Growth department. In this strategic role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that directly support business decisions, with a strong focus on acquisition funnel optimization. As an embedded partner within Growth teams, you will analyze and optimize user journeys from acquisition to activation, conversion, and retention. You'll define key metrics, design and lead A/B experiments, and translate business KPIs into signals that drive growth. You'll be the bridge between data and decision-making, ensuring our strategies are evidence-based and customer-focused.
