We are Proud to Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive tuition financing and career-related training and development Company matching RRSP contributions Customizable flexible benefits options for you and your family We promote work-life balance through flexible scheduling and hours A progressive employee assistance program through LifeWorks Mental and physical wellness initiatives HUB Cares: we are a company that gives back and is active in the community Senior Responsibilities : Supporting the manager to oversee the day-to-day workflow of the GRS team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of client commitments Coach and mentor service and support team, providing guidance on client communication and retirement plan knowledge Serve as a subject matter expert and first point of escalation for team members encountering service issues, complex inquiries, or process questions Serve as the lead relationship contact for a defined portfolio of our most complex and high-priority retirement plan clients Client Relationship Management: Develop a thorough understanding of each client's plan design, objectives, governance requirements, and history Proactively manage the client service calendar, anticipating deliverables and service needs throughout the plan year Prepare and participate in plan governance and strategy meetings with consultant and plan sponsors Prepare and support in the acquisition of new clients Respond to plan sponsor and member inquiries, escalations, and issues, coordinating resolutions with internal and external stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve member outcomes, or strengthen the client relationship Represent HUB and its values in all client-facing interactions Collaborate with team leadership to refine and document service processes, templates, and standards Support team members and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives Coordinate plan implementations, conversions, and amendments - coordinating with carriers, internal teams, and clients to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery Ensure client records, files (paper and electronic), and CRM data are maintained accurately and up to date Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, templates, and reporting to drive team efficiency Ability to coach/mentor other team members Participate in client meetings as required Other duties assigned Skills, Characteristics & Qualifications 5+ years of strong working experience of the group retirement plan lifecycle, including plan governance, CAP guidelines, investment fund oversight, and carrier relationships 5+ years of proven success in a Client Service position in the group retirement industry Successful completion of LLQP (or willing to obtain) Confident presenting to and communicating with plan sponsors, senior stakeholders, and plan members Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is an asset Analytical mindset with the ability to review, interpret, and communicate plan performance data High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential plan and member information Collaborative and approachable leadership style that builds trust with both clients and colleagues Self-directed, proactive, and solutions-oriented - able to work effectively with minimal supervision The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. This role is eligible for performance bonus.
