About the role
Champion & Nash HVAC is looking for a Seasoned HVAC Technician to join our growing Pasadena, TX team. This role is perfect for a technician with 2-4 years of residential HVAC service experience who is ready to continue developing their technical skills while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems

- Maintain a clean and organized job site and company vehicle
- Complete service documentation accurately and timely
- Participate in company training, meetings, and development opportunities

- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Working Conditions / Physical Demands
- Must prioritize safety and maintain knowledge of OSHA requirements and safe working practices
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, hear, and communicate
- Must be able to climb ladders, work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
- Work is performed in varying weather conditions throughout the year
