We are in search of an talented engineering leader to join our team in the development and maintenance of Epiq Discovery , a premier eDiscovery platform capable of handling complex legal matters around the globe. Our distributed team operates across multiple countries and time zones, and we are experiencing rapid growth as we extend our product reach into new regions worldwide while investing in new AI features for our platform. Job Responsibilities Lead a cross‑disciplinary Agile development team of up to eight people, including React and Python Developers, Automation Engineers, and Product Owners Participate in architecture and design sessions to support the development of new platform features Guide the personal and professional development of all team members across all specialisms Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Product Management team to define and refine the long‑term platform roadmap Hire, mentor, and retain talented software professionals across multiple functional areas Work closely with other technical stakeholders to ensure CI/CD workflows operate efficiently and effectively Establish, track, and maintain application performance objectives, including monitoring and optimisation activities Qualifications and Skills A minimum of 5 years' experience in a software leadership role (required for Manager‑level positions) High‑energy, proactive, and approachable personality with a passion for solving a diverse range of challenges Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid understanding of Scrum, architectural concepts, and associated terminology Hands‑on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, preferably React Knowledge of Python and frameworks such as Django or FastAPI is a plus Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure Knowledge of object‑oriented languages such as Java and/or C# is an advantage Familiarity with relational database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server The Compensation range for this role is 25,000zl up to 30,000zl per month or 300,000zl up to 360,000zl annually and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role. We require all persons hired to verify identity and eligibility to work in Poland and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
