PRN First Impression Specialist

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; collect insurance and payments
• Answer and route phone calls
• Provide snacks and a positive, family-friendly experience
• Maintain front desk and waiting area organization
• Support patients, families, and clinic staff as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• 1+ year experience in front office, reception, or medical setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with electronic medical records (E Clinical Works a plus)
• Professional, reliable, and flexible availability
• Schedule
• PRN (as needed) position; no guaranteed or fixed schedule
