• Experience : Ideally, you have initial experience as a Business Risk Manager (First Line of Defense) or in the compliance field within the banking and/or financial services sector. Alternatively, you have experience in client advisory and are willing to develop expertise in the compliance field.
• Expertise : A financial, legal, or business administration background with relevant professional experience.
• Strong Communication Skills : You have a reliable and independent working style, always keeping risks in mind. Additionally, you stand out with your excellent communication skills.
• Language Skills : Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
