Grade Level (for internal use): 10 Segment: S&P Global Corporate The Role: Senior Salesforce Developer (Salesforce Billing) The Team: We are responsible for the management and improvements of the Business Applications that drive S&P Global. Our team operates across many internal applications from Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Oracle ERP, Data Warehouse, Internal Fulfillment Systems and Workflow tools. You will have the opportunity every single day to work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and to develop a close team dynamic with coworkers from around the globe. The Impact: As a Senior Salesforce Revenue Cloud developer who works in our enterprise Revenue Cloud environments, you will use your extensive Salesforce Platform skills experience to help lead and improve the S&P Global Salesforce Platforms. You will make strategic decisions on the future state of the platform, as well as lead large Platform wide projects on CPQ and Billing projects. This role will position you to lead Order to Cash Technology Implementation and steward our technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and SDLC principles.
• Should have good knowledge on Angular JS, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML and DHTML in the Salesforce platform.
• Extensive experience with Debugging methods such as Anonymous Code Block execution and working/writing to System and Developer Logs.
• Need hands on experience in deployment tools like (Copado, Prodly, and Salesforce CLI)
• Ability to adjust well in new atmosphere and have a great sense of responsibility in execution of any solution.
• Produce system design documents, lead technical walkthroughs, and present code solutions to the Salesforce Architecture Review Board.
• Produce high quality code, own the code quality, and represent your team's technical output for workstream and product owners
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
• As a team-member, you will be responsible to continuously improve the architecture and mentor junior developers on best practices.
• Have the potential to work in a System Architect Associate role to speak to the solution in governance meetings, operating committees, and other stakeholder discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelors /Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 5+ Years of experience in application development using Salesforce
• Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Lightning Web Components, JavaScript frameworks like Angular/jQuery) to enhance the user experience within the platform.
• Currently hold one, or more, of the following: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect..
• Experience integrating Salesforce flows and custom APEX with Agentforce to deliver high-impact, scalable agent workflows.
• Experience with SalesForce.com API, SOAP messaging and integration with other enterprise applications.
• Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test- driven development.
• Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant & Salesforce Platform Developer 2.
• Experience building custom solutions around Salesforce Steelbrick, Revenue Cloud, or Zuora Implementations at an enterprise level.
• Significant functional understanding of billing functionalities such as collections, revenue schedules, cash application, tax, and invoice generation.
• Experience integrating Salesforce using external objects, graphQL, and navigate Salesforce Managed Packages limitations.
• Experience working in a complex, multi-cloud or multi-org Salesforce environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
