Operations Assistant - Sea Cargo

Requirements

• Previous experience in Ocean Freight Operations, Logistics, Freight Forwarding or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of international logistics and ocean freight operations.
• Experience using CargoWise or similar logistics software is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) is required , as you will communicate regularly with overseas offices, international agents, shipping lines, and global customers.
