POSITION SUMMARY The Clinical Skills Trainer includes all responsibilities of a DNWest Clinical Procurement Coordinator (CPC) along with additional staff training and development functions. The Clinical Skills Trainer is responsible for ensuring the organ operations staff perform effectively and efficiently, following policy and procedure, meeting all competency requirements. This role functions as a subject matter expert, coach, and mentor to enhance clinical competency. The individual in this position is responsible for ensuring that the staff provides high quality, compliant service always, enabling the realization and maximization of donation opportunities to meet the mission and vision of Donor Network West. As a part of the Clinical Skills and Practices team, this role actively fosters an organizational culture that is based on customer-service, collaboration, support, and constructive feedback for quality improvement Donor Network West takes a market-based approach to pay. All candidates' starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications and interview performance.
