Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable property, building, safety, and regulatory requirements, including the Building Code of Australia (BCA), state legislation, and local council regulations.
  • Coordinate and conduct routine property inspections, compliance audits, and risk assessments, identifying and resolving non-compliance issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage essential services and maintenance compliance programs, including fire safety certifications, electrical compliance, and WHS/OHS obligations.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Australian building regulations, BCA/NCC requirements, WHS legislation, and state-specific compliance frameworks.
  • Experience managing audits, inspections, contractor performance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
