Job Purpose Manage and lead a team of sales supervisors in order to implement the company's commercial strategy within the assigned zone, build strong relationships with distributors, and achieve all sales objectives while operating within allocated resources. What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be Sales Management - Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets within the assigned zone - Implement and monitor commercial action plans - Analyze performance and propose corrective actions when needed - Identify growth opportunities and optimize market coverage Customer Relationship Management - Negotiate with key clients (distributors, buying groups, etc.) - Ensure proper execution of commercial agreements - Follow up on customer payments in compliance with company terms - Ensure adherence to distributor credit limits Team Management - Lead, coach, and motivate the sales supervisors - Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance - Develop team capabilities through training and field coaching - Participate in the recruitment of sales supervisors Strategic Contribution - Provide market insights (competition, trends, customer feedback) - Contribute to the development of regional sales strategies - Recommend tailored actions based on zone-specific needs Dispute Management - Handle and resolve major commercial disputes within the zone Flexibility - May be required to temporarily assume additional duties as needed Experiences & Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED - Minimum bachelor's degree (or equivalent Bac +2) in Business, Management, or related field
