Chemours is seeking a Sales Account Manager in India to join our growing Advanced Performance Materials team. This position will be available at the India Mumbai Office and report directly to the India APM Sales Leader. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Manage key country accounts, develop annual account plans with strategies and objectives and execute against quarterly and annual sales objectives Develop and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline to drive growth in the India market including strengthening share position at existing accounts as needed and hunting for new customers. Manage sales contracts in a disciplined and compliant manner. Collect and analyze market and competitive intelligence and share with the broader commercial team via call reports. Develop and update monthly bottom-up demand forecast Ensure local regulatory and stewardship compliance. Effectively use sales tools such as SalesForce, Sirion contract database, OMP demand forecast planning, etc. Look for opportunities to mix/ enrich portfolio and improve profitability. Drive timely collection of accounts receivables to meet business' cash goals The following is required for this role: Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field or Business-related field 5+ years of commercial experience with a multinational company. Previous experience managing B2B accounts in Chemical Industries, customer relationships and negotiations. Track-record of hunting new opportunities and converting leads into sales. Ability to execute and manage ambiguity in a dynamic business environment - independent worker, self-motivated. Good command of oral and written English. The following is preferred for this role: Experience in multinational chemical companies Educational background of Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
