Requirements

- University degree in business, economics, or similar
- Strong analytical and data modelling skills, with high proficiency in Excel
- Experience working with large datasets; knowledge of BI tools or SAP is a plus
- Solid understanding of business processes and pricing principles
- Ability to translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across different levels
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Professional proficiency in English and Swedish

As a Pricing Business Partner, your mission is to drive pricing excellence across product lines while safeguarding our premium positioning in the market. You will act as a key link between sales, marketing, and finance, ensuring that pricing strategies are translated into actionable insights and decisions. The role combines analytical depth with hands-on execution and close stakeholder collaboration. You report to the newly created role Strategic Pricing Manager, within the Marketing department.
