About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance Salonkee's growth and client retention.   • Risk Identification and Management: Proactively identify any potential risks that might affect client satisfaction or engagement and address these issues promptly to maintain high client retention rates.
  • What you need to have
  • Fluency in German, English, French is a plus.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Adept at working with software platforms, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate client issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
