Liquid Personnel is seeking experienced and dedicated Advanced Practitioners to join its client's Child Protection Team, based in the heart of West Yorkshire. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment, where your expertise will have a direct impact on the lives of vulnerable children and families. as an Advanced Practitioner, you will provide leadership and guidance to social workers, ensuring high standards of practice across the team. You will manage complex cases, support decision-making, and contribute to the development of a strong safeguarding culture. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will, Lead on complex child protection cases, offering expert guidance and oversight. Support and mentor less experienced social workers, promoting reflective practice and continuous improvement. Undertake statutory assessments, care planning, and interventions in line with legislation and Bradford MBC procedures. Chair multi-agency meetings and contribute to strategy discussions and case conferences. Ensure the voice of the child is central to all planning and decision-making. Maintain high-quality case records and reports. Promote a culture of learning and excellence within the team.
