# End-to-End Quality Engineer (m/f/d) For our client, **Semikron Danfoss**, a global leader in power electronics manufacturing, we are seeking an **End-to-End Quality Engineer (m/f/d)** for their site in **Nuremberg, Germany**, at the earliest possible date. As an End-to-End Quality Engineer (m/f/d), you will ensure product quality throughout the entire product lifecycle - from development and industrialization to serial production and customer use. You will act as the key interface between R&D, manufacturing, and customers, ensuring the highest quality standards are achieved and maintained. ## Your Benefits - Attractive compensation package according to the IG Metall collective agreement (Pay Grade 10) - Opportunity to work for a globally leading technology company - Diverse and challenging tasks across the entire product lifecycle - High level of autonomy and genuine responsibility - International working environment - Modern quality and process management systems - Professional development and career growth opportunities ## Your Responsibilities - Support development projects and ensure compliance with all APQP and quality requirements - Conduct risk analyses (FMEA), design reviews, and product validation activities to secure product requirements - Approve manufacturing processes, inspection concepts, and first article inspection results during the industrialization phase - Analyze and resolve quality issues in serial production using methodologies such as 8D and 5 Why, and support internal and external audits - Handle customer complaints, including root cause analysis, customer communication, and reporting - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide quality-related training to employees ## Your Profile - Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related technical field - 5-10 years of professional experience in quality management, product development, or manufacturing - **Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken** - Strong analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving - Willingness to travel (approximately 25-50%) - Practical experience with quality tools and methodologies such as APQP, FMEA, 8D, Control Plans, Process Capability, and related techniques - Recognized technical expert with no direct people management responsibility ## Interested?
