We are seeking an Audit Senior to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on audits, reviews, compilations within a variety of different industry niches.
Responsibilities
- Lead client audit engagements, which include planning executing, directing, and completing financial audits.
- Begin to develop advanced technical knowledge
- Continue to develop understanding of generally accepted auditing standards and common audit procedures and techniques.
- Research and analyze financial statement and audit related issues.
- Acquire a working knowledge of the client's business.
- Perform other job-related duties as necessary
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with a certificate in accounting from an accredited university
- Pursuing CPA license
- Minimum of 2 years of public accounting experience
- Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
- Outstanding, responsive and polished communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrates an ability to function at a high level in a deadline driven, time-sensitive environment
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
