About the role

Identifying and developing locally relevant marketing initiatives and managing internal and external service providers and stakeholder Management of daily operations, KPI monitoring and shop performance Leading, implementing, and monitoring strategic initiatives and projects Close collaboration with various departments, e.g., marketing, tech, logistics, or customer service Market analyses and development Supporting the Markets Team with content analysis, strategic business cases, and operational optimizations Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in e-commerce or the fashion industry High level of motivation and a structured, independent work style Excellent analytical skills and business sense Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Solution-oriented mindset Strong communication and collaboration skills Native German and excellent written and spoken English skills Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page .
