About You We're looking for someone who: Has a minimum of 5 years of experience as an agronomist Can monitor, identify, diagnose, and recommend suitable weed, pest, disease, and nutrition management strategies Has strong organisational and time-management skills Can form trusting client relationships Is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident As a Broadacre Agronomist, your responsibilities will include: Providing expert agronomic advice to our broadacre farming clients Ensuring timely and excellent delivery of our service cycle Collaborating with our seasoned team of advisors Engaging with the farming community through discussion groups, crop walks, and industry events Developing comprehensive weed control strategies and formulating tailored nutrition and fertiliser plans Promoting operational efficiencies and implementing best practices for soil health and weed control management Assisting clients with crop rotation planning and variety selection Collecting and analysing paddock data to inform our agronomic advice and recommendations Our Mission Our goal is to develop thriving regional communities, supported by sustainable, confident, and prosperous farming businesses.
