About the role

Locality is a neighborhood craft beer bar nestled in a quiet mall. We're passionate about supporting Singaporean breweries and fostering a friendly community space. We're looking for a dedicated Beertender to join our team and help us continue to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for our friends. As a Locality Beertender, you'll be the friendly face of our bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. You'll be responsible for: Handling opening and closing procedures, including ensuring the bar is clean and well-stocked. Sharing your knowledge of craft beer and recommending the perfect brew for each guest. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, both front-of-house and back-of-house. Working a flexible 44-hour schedule, including weekends and evenings. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• A passion for craft beer and a willingness to learn about different styles.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and building relationships with guests.
• Availability to work Fridays and one additional weekend day per week.
