Administrative Executive, Marketing & Communications (6-Month Contract) #TNJHJ

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and curation of brand health reports, including data consolidation and coordination of reporting timelines.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns in alignment with approved strategies and objectives.
• Coordinate and support brand activations, including logistics arrangements, vendor management, and post-activation reporting.
• Assist in organising and delivering brand workshops, including preparation of materials, scheduling, and follow-up actions.
• Support management engagement initiatives and presentations through deck preparation, consolidation of inputs, and briefing coordination.
• Provide operational and administrative support for marketing and communications initiatives.
• Manage inventory and procurement administration, including stocktaking, corporate collateral management, purchase order preparation, invoice tracking, and documentation maintenance.
• Support other ad hoc marketing and communications activities as required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Communications is an added advantage
• Prior exposure to branding, campaigns, or corporate communications is an added advantage.

• Contract duration: 6-month contract (October 2026 - March 2027)
• Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm or 9.00am - 6.30pm
• Salary: up to $3300
