As we grow our sales presence, we are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our small, fast-moving team and help us expand our customer base. Role Overview As Sales Executive at Butterfly 3D Space, you will be the face of the company to our business and consumer customers. Your primary focus will bedriving sales of our packaging supplies and disposable foodware range through proactive outreach, relationship building, and client management. You will also support sales of our 3D printing products (filaments and printers)as a secondary focus. This is a field-facing role that requires initiative, strong communication, and a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Conduct proactive cold outreach to potential B2B and B2C customers via email, phone, and in-person visits.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across target industries including F&B operators, retailers, e-commerce sellers, warehouses, and logistics companies.
- Present and promote our product range to potential customers, with a primary focus on packaging supplies and disposable foodware.
- Support sales of 3D printers and printing filaments as a secondary product focus.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively.
- Travel to meet clients at their premises when required including site visits, product demonstrations, and in-person negotiations.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Follow up regularly with clients to ensure repeat business and continued satisfaction.
- Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Prepare regular sales reports covering pipeline status, closed deals, and activity summaries.
- Provide market feedback to the team including customer insights, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
- Essential
- Eligible to work in Singapore without company sponsorship.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese: required to communicate with both customers and suppliers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate; comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Willing and able to travel to meet clients across Singapore.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

- Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in or knowledge of the packaging, F&B, or 3D printing industry.
- Familiarity with 3D printing products: filaments, printers, or related technology.
