- Document and maintain SCE process flows: from inbound receiving and putaway through inventory management, picking, packing, staging, outbound, carrier handover, returns, and 3PL movements

- Assist in writing Business Requirements Documents for SCE initiatives
- Support testing and validation activities for SCE-related ERP changes and releases
- Maintain SCE process documentation in Confluence and Signavio
Requirements
- Experience in process analysis, business analysis, or a similar role in a supply chain or ERP environment
- Understanding of supply chain execution processes: inbound, warehouse management, outbound, and 3PL integration
- Hands-on experience with D365 F&O, ideally in Warehouse Management or Inventory Management modules
- Structured working style with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems or 3PL integrations is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Logistics, Warehouse, Operations, and external logistics partners
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
