Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children in 0-5 years range, assist in implementing lesson plans and supervising children both indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for children that complies with child licensing, health requirements and accreditation guidelines for quality care.
• Communicate daily with parents and attend training.
• Other related functions as assigned.
• Required Qualifications
• High school graduation or GED. Minimum of six months of experience working with young children in a licensed child care center.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with children ages 0-5 years. One year previous experience working with children in an accredited child care center. Formal training in a child related field. Stable work history.
• Salary Range
• $37,443 - 42,000
