• Required Qualifications
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Tennessee
• Preferred 1 year of pediatric experience working with patients ages birth to 18 years
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
• Home health experience
• Acute care pediatric experience
• Experience working with medically fragile infants and children
• EMR documentation proficiency
