Hybrid, Bucharest, Romania JOB OVERVIEW As a Project Manager, you will place the customer at the center of everything we do, making their journey simple, valuable, and delightful. This role is focused on helping the customer implement Legion within budget and in time. During implementation, you will be prioritizing tasks, developing project plans, reporting to senior managers, liaising with customers, and attending customer meetings. The goal of the position is to ensure implementation milestones are accomplished on time and achieve business results for our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Manage multiple concurrent projects, leading all implementation project phases Ensure a smooth implementation and adoption of the Legion platform, providing a seamless journey and business results that drive customer success Manage the work delivered by the project team and ensure it meets Legion quality standards Create professional customer-facing presentations such as Project Kick-off, User Acceptance Testing Kick-off, executive decks and more Lead and facilitate discussions and workshops with the customer Oversee project management documents, tools and methodologies including but not limited to risk management, change management, scope management, success criteria Define, manage, and deliver on customer expectations throughout the implementation process Work with teams within Legion to ensure implementation timelines and support SLAs are met Recommend best practices for using Legion to help store managers and team member's to get the most from their Legion investment Advocate customer needs within Legion to ensure the product continues to improve on behalf of your customer Be familiar with compliance and labor laws and how they impact customers Complete ongoing education to further develop the skills and knowledge necessary for continued success, including industry trends, technology and the Legion product Customer Centric Consulting Develops long lasting relationships Actively set and manage expectations Understand, adapt and act within the customer's organization and culture Continually acquires knowledge about our customers and solutions to grow adoption Manage difficult situations in a calm and structured way with timely internal and external communication to all levels of individuals Understands flexibility and learning how to prepare when needs change Project Management Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects, leading all implementation project phases Identify and manage risks and issues involved in delivering the project Ensure project is running on time and to budget Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders including strategy, adjustments, progress, or early warning on potential delays or priority conflicts Provide a seamless implementation journey and business results that drive high adoption Manage the work delivered by the project team and ensure it meets Legion quality standards Create professional presentations for you to lead and facilitate discussions and workshops with customers Track relevant artifacts regarding customer success criteria, risk, change, and scope management Work with teams within Legion to ensure support SLAs are met Use SmartSheet to create and update project plans and resource requests for varying complexities Manage changes to the project scope / timelines with change orders and SOWs, working with Solution Architects to validate the change Own project escalations, working with Principal Consulting Manager and Customer Success Manager in support of the customer Manage the relationship and coordinate activities across Legion, vendor and customer teams Communicates upcoming release themes and dates to the customer Product Expertise Identify, report and prioritize bugs & enhancements Gains and maintains core product expertise for end users and configuration Grows product knowledge through regular release training Communicates upcoming release themes and dates to the customer YOU WILL DO WELL IN THIS ROLE WHEN YOU... become a trusted advisor to customers, hyper-focused on quality and successful adoption deliver projects within the budget outlined in the SOW demonstrate foresight to align customer expectations and project timelines, ensuring customer KPIs are met commit to the sustainability of project management discipline at Legion gain and continually grow knowledge of the Legion WFM solutions and best practices accept personal responsibility for that quality and timeliness of work set personal objectives that meet organizational needs are able to meet customer needs while also leading the functions of the PMO build positive relationships with peers while working remotely on projects executed across geographies and cultures listen continuously, learning from others and leveraging input possess unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character proactively demonstrating high moral and ethic
