AI Specialist (all genders)

Responsibilities

• AI Opportunity Discovery: You proactively meet with Business Units and Internal Departments to understand their daily tasks, workflows, and pain points.
• Process Transformation: You identify specific opportunities where AI can automate repetitive manual tasks and propose redesigned, tech-driven processes.
• Tool Selection & Implementation: You evaluate and implement the most suitable AI tools and platforms (Generative AI, LLMs, and automation frameworks) to solve business challenges.
• Internal Consultancy: You act as a bridge between operational needs and technical execution, demystifying AI concepts for stakeholders across all levels.
• End-to-End Execution: You manage the rollout of AI initiatives from the initial concept and prompt engineering to final deployment and stabilization.
• Strategic Advisory: You stay ahead of the AI curve, scouting for new tools and trends that can enhance diconium's internal efficiency and service delivery.
• Performance Tracking: You monitor the impact of automated workflows, ensuring they deliver the expected productivity gains and quality.
• Your Profile - Must Have:
• Deep AI Expertise: Proven experience in working with the modern AI ecosystem, specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Analytical & Process-Oriented: A natural talent for deconstructing complex workflows and identifying automation potential.
• Technical Proactivity: A self-starter mindset with the drive to experiment with new tools and stay updated on rapid technological shifts.
• Experience in Digital Environments: Familiarity with working in fast-growing, tech-focused organizations.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with different departments and explain technical AI solutions in a clear, non-technical way.
• Fluent English: Strong business-level English (mandatory) to collaborate within our international structure.
