Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! MCCS is a comprehensive program that supports and enhances the quality of life for Marines, their families, and others in the Marine Corps Community. We offer a team oriented environment comprised of military personnel, civilian employees, contractors and volunteers who keep the organization functioning smoothly and effectively. A minimum of four years experience in managing a motel/hotel operation or performing work in a related field, one year having been at a supervisory level. A Certified Hotel Administrator designation is preferred. Knowledge of financial management principles and experience in budget processes. Ability to supervise a diverse workforce. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; deals effectively with subordinates, management officials, and patrons. Ability to use a computer and various software. Must possess and maintain a valid driver¿s license. This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.
